Step by Step Process
Prior to making the change, you must first check if there are any changes on the employee’s record which are due to take effect after the effective date of the change which you now want to make. If you fail to do this, you risk your changes not feeding through correctly into the system which can impact on the employee’s pay.
1. Log into Oracle Fusion.

2. To do this, click on ‘My Team’ on the homepage and then ‘Show More’.

3. Click on ‘Employment Info’ under ‘Employment’

4. Select the employee’s name under ‘Direct Reports’.

5. Scroll down to the bottom of the page.

6. You will see a section titled ‘Assignment Change History’. This includes a list of all changes made up to today’s date. If there are any future changes then you will also see a ‘Future Actions’ section. This includes a list of any changes which are due to take place after today.

Once you have checked for any changes on the employee’s record, you can begin making amendments.

1. Click on ‘My Team’ on the homepage and then ‘Show More’.

2. Click on ‘Change/End Assignment’ (Under Employment)


4. Select relevant guide from message pop up and follow the on-screen instructions.
