Issue with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Notifications
Following the Oracle quarterly update at the weekend, we are aware that a number of unexpected messages have been sent to hiring managers and candidates from the ORC system. The reason for this is being investigated as a matter of urgency by our technical team. Please note that these messages are inaccurate and should be ignored.
Recommended Hiring Manager actions:
- If you have a candidate who is currently in the offer stage of the recruitment process, please double-check the ORC system to ensure that they have not been mistakenly sent a rejection notification. Copies of messages sent by the system are visible under the Messages tab on the candidate’s record.
- If a candidate contacts you to advise that they have received an unexpected email, please advise them of the issue and that the notification can be ignored. If they have any concerns or questions, they can contact EMSS via the Support Portal: EMSS, Finance and HR.
