Ways of Working
EMSS' role is to provide quality, affordable, and resilient support services to our partner organisations throughout Finance & HR. We do this by offering structured, dependable support and upholding their Finance & HR policies accurately and consistently.
We adopt a four-step process to ensure all our customers get the right support at the right time. Focussed on efficiency and resilience, customers get quick access to the help they need while ensuring complex issues receive the appropriate level of support.
Our process ensures:
Efficiency - customers can access quick solutions without unnecessary delays.
Expertise - more complex issues are handled by the right specialists.
Resilience - leadership oversight is available for critical cases, and we continuously improve services through conducting regular reviews.
