Viewing Your Tickets
Colleagues can now check the latest updates of any tickets sent through to EMSS after signing in to Freshdesk (click here to access guidance on signing in).
Scroll down to the 'Tickets' section at the bottom of the portal screen.

Partner colleagues can see a list of all their logged tickets as well as the ticket status
By clicking on a ticket, LCC/NCC colleagues can read any notes and replies as well as see the agent working on the ticket and current status.
