Signing in to the EMSS Support Portal
Please note: Council colleagues are already registered and should continue to access the Support Portal using Single Sign-On (SSO). External customers outside of the partner organisations can log-in using Email and Password
1. At the top of the EMSS Support Portal, click on the Login button

2. Finally, if you are a Council Colleague, click on the relevant organisation. If you are an external customer, please enter your email and password.
If prompted, follow the steps to complete two-factor authentication (2FA).
